The old dam is a very nice place to go. There you can meet people or just enjoy the day and the river. People there are very nice and will help each other out.
The wabash River is patrolled by Dept. of Natural Resources Enforcement officers. We strongly recommend proper licensing and correct number of life jackets per boat. This is your responsibility and DNR Enforcement Officers will be montering.
